Connect shipments and responsibilities
Relate the event to those records, flag stale information and compare holding the order with an alternative route. The person responsible reviews the constraints and authorizes the response; the coordinator checks that the transport workflow acknowledges the instruction.
Evaluate the response
Evaluate reconciliation effort, handoff time and unresolved exceptions against the existing process. Test a failed instruction and an incorrect source update alongside the normal workflow.
