How we handle information submitted through the BeGuardit contact form.
Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, email address, organization, area of interest and message. We use these details to respond to your enquiry.
Submission and delivery
When you send an enquiry, your details are transmitted over HTTPS to our Cloudflare-hosted service and delivered through Resend to BeGuardit’s designated Gmail inbox. Cloudflare, Resend and Google process information needed to provide these services. Your message becomes part of our email correspondence.
Spam protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the contact form from spam. Cloudflare processes technical information, including your IP address and browser information, for this check. Please avoid including passwords, financial information or other sensitive details in your message.
